Regular site visits are provided by our in house installation engineers who are experienced in dealing with, installing and maintaining all the FM alarm range.

By providing service contracts as part of the rental fee the service frequency can be tailored to suit, thus allowing rental costs to be dependent on the site requirements.

Through a combination of Remote programming and on site visits you will be kept up to date and maintain a high level of security from the start of the project to the completion.

All security systems are monitored 24/7 which allows FM to keep tabs on all activity so that should anything untoward occur we are able to contact the security guard or site manager and advise on the best course of action.

Site requirements change during the lifetime of the project. fencing is erected, walls are built and high value items are moved or installed. Our service caters for these updates with minimum disruption to the client.

FM’s Remote Management software enables our engineers to dial into the alarm control unit and interrogate, re-program or update it without having to visit the site. By using a secure password system alarm operating times can be altered by your staff with a single phone call and then updated within minutes ensuring a high level of security is maintained.
